The Programs and Services Director works with the management team to develop and implement programs, services, and initiatives that help communities be prepared for all types of disasters. This is a community-driven position that collaborates with various faith, community, and public agencies to make a difference in the Inland Empire. The Community Engagement Specialist works with the management team to develop and implement initiatives that increase BRC’s visibility within the surrounding communities.  This position contributes to the exposure of BRC, including the mission and purpose of the organization.  They will supervise the Warehouse personnel and all community outreach staff.  This position also oversees the planning and implementation of outreach events and strategies. The Human Resources Director is responsible for overseeing the personnel needs of BRC. This position
directs recruiting, hiring, payroll, training employees, and volunteers/interns. In addition, the Director will
administer benefit packages and ensure that Human Resource practices comply with federal and state

The Grant Reporting/Bookkeeping Specialist works with the Business Operations Director and is responsible
for preparing all written reports required by various grant agencies and other organizations. In addition, this
position is responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping functions that will mandate that the successful
candidate be able to handle financial recordkeeping and generating accurate, appropriate reports in a timely
