The Community Engagement Specialist works with the management team to develop and implement initiatives that increase BRC’s visibility within the surrounding communities.  This position contributes to the exposure of BRC, including the mission and purpose of the organization.  They will supervise the Warehouse personnel and all community outreach staff.  This position also oversees the planning and implementation of outreach events and strategies. The Social Media Marketing Specialist understands how marketing, strategic communications, and public relations can work together synergistically to impact community awareness of BRC’s services. The Specialist’s work will include researching the market, analyzing trends, recommending Branding tools to help define BRC’s marketing strategy, and providing advice as to how to best reach our target market.
